Scott Miller was appointed Acting Group Chief Corporate Counsel of the Company in September 2017. Scott has been with Sims Metal Management for over 20 years holding progressively senior leadership roles. Before joining the Company, he worked as associate counsel with a major legal practice. Scott achieved his Law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, achieving Order of the Coif and a position as Editor of the UW Law Review, and holds a Masters Degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Swarthmore College.
