Environment, Health and Safety – Zero Harm
Environment, Health and Safety is one of our business’ highest priorities. Sims Metal has achieved an enviable record within the recycling industry with year-on-year reductions across all key performance indicators, operating key sites to ISO 45001.
Environment, Health and Safety is a non-negotiable condition of employment and we are committed to a “zero harm” workplace, where every employee, contractor or visitor will return home in the same condition as he or she arrived.
Sims Metal operates according to the EHS Policy which defines the actions we implement to protect and preserve the people and the environment in the areas where we operate.
